Tools Used

Conducted a full-scale pathfinding case study for Marcus Market, a local grocer with a growing customer base. The project involved in-store testing, layout mapping, and interviews with the business owner, staff, and regular customers to identify friction points in navigation, visibility, and shopper flow.

Using their existing brand elements (logo, colors, type), I developed a refined set of brand guidelines to maintain consistency across signage and in-store touchpoints. I also created a detailed customer path map of the space to visualize behavior patterns and problem zones. The final deliverable was a 70-page case study book that documented the research process, visual data, and recommendations—all fully designed and formatted for presentation and future internal use.
